Meadow Wood Pricing & Availability
There are 24 new units in six fourplex buildings, plus the pre-existing single family residence. Kitchens, dining areas, and front porches face each other across the pedestrian walkways to maximize social interaction.
Covered and open parking spaces are located in a parking area separate from the complex’s pedestrian areas. Each unit has the right to the use of two parking spaces as assigned by the Board of Directors. Owners may purchase a carport space as long as they are available.
